fe6b025df3 Add DIY FujiNet for the Intellivision build guide 
A getting-started page for pairing a PiRTO II or PiRTO II DUO
Intellivision multicart with an ESP32-S3 to run FujiNet, covering
shopping list, ESP32-S3 flashing via build.sh, cartridge firmware
build/flash for both boards (including the CONFIG_USB_DEVICE fix the
DUO needs), power/wiring, first boot, and diagnostics via build.sh -m.
